Chapter 2. Installation, Updates, and Support

Uninstalling

Warning

Uninstalling deletes every PaddleSubs table: your Access Subscriptions, licenses, import history, levels and product categories, the queue of webhooks, and the PaddleSubs email templates, including any you edited. Customers keep their Joomla accounts and whatever user groups they have at that moment, and Paddle keeps your products, customers and transactions, but your site forgets who bought what. Take a backup first.

Procedure 2.9. Uninstall PaddleSubs
  1. Go to System → Manage → Extensions.

  2. Search for paddlesubs, tick the package pkg_paddlesubs, and click Uninstall. Uninstalling the package removes the component, the modules and all the plugins.

  3. Delete the PaddleSubs scheduled tasks in System → Scheduled Tasks, and the notification destination in Paddle.
