If PaddleSubs isn't right for you, you can have your money back within 30 days, without giving a reason.
30 days, no questions
You can have a full refund within 30 days of any purchase, and of any renewal of a Subscription, whatever the reason. Before you buy, you can also try PaddleSubs for free on a demo site.
How to ask for a refund
Use the contact form from the email address on your account, or write to
Paddle, the merchant of record for our sales, sends the refund to the payment method you paid with, including any sales tax it charged. It usually shows within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
What a refund ends
A refund ends what that purchase gave you, as of the day it is made:
- its Access Subscription ends, so downloads and support for it stop;
- its license stops being active, so the sites on it no longer get updates or support.
PaddleSubs keeps working on your sites: it is GPL software and nothing in it is switched off.
When we refund a Subscription payment, we also cancel the Subscription, so it won't renew.
After 30 days
After 30 days we don't refund the period you are in, but you can cancel a Subscription at any time from the Billing page of your account. It then won't renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
If something has gone wrong on our side, such as a double charge or a renewal you had already cancelled, contact us whenever you notice it and we will put it right.
Chargebacks
Please ask us for a refund before disputing a payment with your bank: it is faster for you. A chargeback ends the purchase's access in the same way as a refund.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to the rights you have by law, including any rights under Paddle's buyer terms; it doesn't take any of them away. See also our Terms of Use.
