- Purchases on hold
-
Paid purchases set aside (quarantined), with Why it is on hold. Fix the cause, for example by opening the Products page so PaddleSubs picks up a product it didn't know, then click : the purchase is processed as if it had just been paid. Its note then says Tried again: released, or Tried again: still on hold with the reason saying what is missing. drops a purchase you have dealt with another way.
A purchase held because PaddleSubs doesn't know its price or product, such as a custom price Paddle made for an invoice created in Paddle, has . It shows the price as Paddle has it and asks for what PaddleSubs can't tell from Paddle: for a price Paddle bills once, the access one payment buys (Billing Type, Expiry Period or Expires On; a recurring price buys its billing cycle), and for an unknown product, its Purchase Type and category. A price PaddleSubs saved before, on another site, comes with its own settings filled in. adds the price (and product) to your site, writes the settings to their custom data in Paddle, and tries every purchase held for the price again. Set the product's other options, such as its access level and groups, on its edit page afterwards.
Only users who can edit PaddleSubs see the buttons.
