Catch Up After Missed Webhooks
If your site was down, or refused webhooks for a while, Paddle keeps retrying them for a few days, and they are processed when they get through. For anything older:

In Paddle, open → , find the failed events in the destination's log, and replay them. This is the reliable way to get a missed purchase's access created.

On the Access Subscriptions page, click . It fetches products, customers and transactions your site is missing, connects customers to accounts, and restores Access Subscriptions that were saved in a transaction's custom data.
Replaying an event that was already processed does no harm: PaddleSubs recognizes events it has seen, and changes nothing.
