Appendix A. How PaddleSubs Handles Each Paddle Event

Adjustments

adjustment.created

Records the adjustment on its transaction: its action, status, type (full or partial) and when it last changed. A chargeback, a chargeback warning, or a refund that is already approved, ends the transaction's access if nothing of it is left, as of that date: its Access Subscriptions are unpublished with their dates kept and the date they were withdrawn (see the section called “Refunds and Chargebacks”). A reversed chargeback publishes those running now and makes those that start later pending again.

adjustment.updated

Records the adjustment. A refund that becomes approved ends the transaction's access if nothing of it is left, as of the time Paddle approved it.

Transaction and adjustment events also clear the sales figures the dashboard keeps.
