Reading the Logs
PaddleSubs writes to two files in Joomla's log folder (Path to Log Folder in
→ → ,
usually administrator/logs):
com_paddlesubs.logs.php-
Everything PaddleSubs does in the background: each webhook processed, customers attached or created, purchases quarantined and why, emails that failed, scheduled task errors.
paddlesubs_payment.php-
Webhooks your site refused to accept, and why.
Search them for a Paddle ID (txn_…, ctm_…, sub_…). The logs don't
contain full payloads or payment details, but they do contain email addresses: treat them as private,
and don't post them in public.
