Step 2: Create a Level

Levels are optional, but they make it easy to add a Silver or Platinum tier later, and to give every product of a tier the same groups. Create a “Gold” level.

Procedure 5.2. Create the Gold level

  1. Go to Components → PaddleSubs → Levels and click New.

  2. Enter Gold as the Name. Leave Alias empty: PaddleSubs makes gold from the name.

  3. Under Access, choose Gold Members in both Add groups and Remove groups.

  4. Click Save & Close.

Important

The group must be in both lists. Add groups are added when a membership starts; Remove groups are taken away when it ends. A group that is only added is never taken away. See the section called “How Purchases Grant User Groups”.
