The Access Subscription Editor
Opening an Access Subscription shows three groups of fields:

The User, Product and Price, Published (Published, Unpublished, Pending or Trashed; saved as Published before its window starts, it is kept pending), Starts, Ends (empty for lifetime access) and a Note. The owner of a Paddle purchase is whoever the Paddle customer is connected to, so User can only be changed for imported and granted records.
- Origin

Where it Came from (Paddle purchase, Imported, or Granted by and the administrator who granted it), the Paddle transaction and its Transaction status, and when it was Created.

Which expiry emails have been sent and when: 1st Imminent Expiration, 2nd Imminent Expiration and Post-Expiration. Clear a date to have that email sent again.
Saving changes only this record. the section called “Extend, Shorten or End Someone's Access” explains how the lifecycle task then applies new dates to the customer's groups.
