com_paddlesubs.subscriptions.duplicate(Second Subscription): “You now have two subscriptions to {PRODUCT} on {SITENAME}”-
When a new Paddle subscription bills a product whose access stacks that another active subscription of the same account already bills. The product page doesn't offer a second one (see the section called “The Product Page”), but a customer can still buy it, logged out or with another email address. Both renew and both are charged, so the email offers the billing portal to cancel one, and says there is nothing to do if the second was meant, such as to replace a subscription that is about to end. Sent once, when Paddle reports the new subscription, or, for a purchase held until its customer was connected to an account, when it is released. Tags:
